Rural community builder is an effort guided by The Ford Institute for Community Building, a department of The Ford Family Foundation, and a working team of rural residents. We are based in Roseburg, OR. Recognitions for rural community builders may not be used for anything connected to promoting political activity (campaigns, candidates, etc). Nor may they be used for divisive actions criminal or otherwise inappropriate behavior or activities. The working team of rural residents reserves the right to deny publication of any recognition that does not align with community building values or these guidelines. The views expressed by community members via these recognitions are not necessarily those of The Ford Family Foundation.
