Tell us a bit about what you appreciate about them as an RCB: I am inspired by Lori’s ability for true collaboration and shared leadership that has resulted in launching an innovative rural health initiative that brought mental health mobile crisis response to rural Western Lane County, Oregon.
Lori makes things happen but remains completely down to earth and humble.
She stays focused on the higher purpose. She always keeps her commitments. Lori steps up to lead and as easily can step back when others step up. Lori asks the hard questions and focuses on results and accountability… all with a kindness that makes it a joy to work with her.
