Tell us a bit about what you appreciate about them as an RCB: Vivan Rupe is a local business woman and Community Builder. She is a community volunteer that helps spearhead a local program, Hometown Heros Of Columbia County, a program of our local Sheriff’s Department. She volunteers to send care packages to our deployed troops. She also coordinates donations, volunteers, welcome home signs across Columbia County and promotes the program. Columbia County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) is proud to honor our local Heroes from all branches of the Military. With the help of the community, we support them by sending them care packages while they serve our country overseas.
