Tell us a bit about what you appreciate about them as an RCB:

Adrienne works for a Local Workforce Development Board and is a compassionate and driven advocate working to address behavioral health challenges in rural communities across five counties in Oregon. She has, almost single-handedly, built a Behavioral Health Program to fund tuition, education support, wraparound support and job placement in communities in high need of Behavioral Health Specialists, as well as an apprenticeship program that has grown exponentially since its inception. From drug and alcohol counselors to medical assistants to students pursuing bachelor’s and master’s degrees, Adrienne has created a network of community partners and funding sources to support those who wish to serve their communities in impactful and uplifting ways. She really is a champion for healthy communities where resources and opportunity are scarce.
