James is not just a Mr. Fix-it for the Port of Arlington. He is always there to help anyone in need. He is intelligent, compassionate and hard-working.. During the cold spell this winter many families in the local trailer park had broken pipes. James along with Arlington Help fixed the broken pipes and he is presently insulating and winterizing homes so families can be better prepared in the future. James does all of this work for others in his spare time.. He shows so much kindness for others. I am so proud to call him a friend
