Tell us a bit about what you appreciate about them as an RCB: I have known Donna for a while now. She is first and foremost a community builder; she works for her communities wearing many hats every day.
She is a person who enters the room with grace, openness to learn, and kindness. She knows hard work, and she truly cares for her rural communities. I have not met a more humble and effective elected official.
