Doug is amazing in the selfless intensity that he engages with the homeowners in his area. He is at work early almost every morning and stays late more often than not helping people keep their homes. More so, even when he takes vacation time, he stops in and checks his emails so nothing will get dropped or fall behind in helping people. His patience with populaces that struggle with convoluted, challenging, and bureaucratic expectations that they need to understand to save their homes. He actively engages with homeowners and dives right into holding the servicers that choose to play rough with those they are seeking foreclosures on to force them to comply with the programs in place. Watching him fight for his homeowners is inspiring
