Tell us a bit about what you appreciate about them as an RCB: Stacey Crowe is an utter inspiration as the driving force behind the downtown Flower Basket program. For about 20 years, Stacey has pretty much single-handedly brought beauty to downtown Roseburg with gorgeous flower baskets all summer. She orders them, helps fundraise for them, manages their installation, and waters them EVERY DAY. She is a community treasure.
