Tell us a bit about what you appreciate about them as an RCB: Rural communities are tasked with so much to take on and lack of capacity becomes a tough challenge. Having a rural community builder allows for developing the foundation for certain projects that wouldn’t otherwise get done. It also provides the momentum for the community to build off of that essential foundational work.
