Kate is very supportive of rural development in South Wasco County and her drive and determination to support local business and the community is over the top. She inspires me as a new business owner to not give up and keep a positive outlook on what can become. Kate is very inspiring community member and a great leader. She leads the charge for positive change and she does it with pose and respect.
