| Kathryn did not wait for someone else in the community to step up and solve the problem of a childcare shortage in Pendleton. As a business owner and mother, she understood the impact that the lack of childcare facilities was having on the families of Pendleton and the businesses who employ them and decided to act. She brought together like-minded community leaders, social services, educational services and businesses to collaborate on a solution. Her inspiration was a catalyst for the Pendleton‘s Children’s Center. |
