Tell us a bit about what you appreciate about them as an RCB: Kirstin is one of the most amazing women that I’ve ever met and had the great opportunity to volunteer side by side with in support of community. She has a doctorate in educational leadership, offering her time as an educational coach and consultant. She has a kind and compassionate heart but is not afraid to point out words and thoughts that may be harmful to others. She is a facilitator for the Center for Courage and Renewal, and hosts retreats on aging and elder wisdom. Kirstin welcomes all viewpoints, encouraging all to share their voice. She co-chairs the Sisters Country Vision’s DEI committee, and recently co-hosted a 4-part workshop on what it means to be white in America. She is an officer for C4C, serving as the Board secretary. Kirstin embodies all that is good in people who are willing to listen to, acknowledge and bring forward the thoughts and needs of others. Every day she is her brave and courageous self, inspiring others to do the same.
