Tell us a bit about what you appreciate about them as an RCB: Nickie’s kindness is inspiring. Her smiles says it all. Her relentless thinking about the community needs, its present and its future is inspiring to me. I watched Nickie leading the very complex task of rallying her community of Adrian toward the vision of a positive future. She founded Adrian Vision 2040 and she has been leading that project ever since. I can’t say enough about her work and how she carries that out: with compassion, kindness, strength, love, and respect.
And this is her volunteer work. She also inspires her community with her job as the core of kids as the Frontier STEM Hub & Innovation Coordinator – Malheur Education Service District.
