Tell us a bit about what you appreciate about them as an RCB: Tracy goes above and beyond to make Roseburg a welcoming and beautiful city that is inclusive for everyone. She doesn’t brag or boast, she just goes about her work, but when you pass by the area she’s touched, you just might find some blueberries or even a hidden Salsa Garden for anyone who needs a little inspiration or reminder that it’s good to be alive. Tracy puts care into her work. She is thoughtful and truly loves people and plants of course. This is her gift to our community! She is always generous with her time and her knowledge and mentors young people in our community. Look around the Art Center and you will see her magic touches everywhere.
