Tell us a bit about what you appreciate about them as an RCB: Barry has worked tirelessly with teachers, fellow administrators, parents and the general community to figure out how to bring our kids back to school safely this Fall. There is a lot riding on his shoulders and he has made a point of not making decisions on his own. He has gone out of his way to involve the community and practice listening to learn strategies. I appreciate his willingness to listen and to invite all voices to the table.
